Before submitting an application and/or making a reservation, please read the terms and conditions below carefully

• Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking (with a 24-hour grace period for fully refundable cancellations). The remaining 75% is due 6 weeks before the holiday start date.

• Bookings within 6 weeks: For bookings made less than 6 weeks before the arrival date, 100% payment is required at the time of booking.

• Confirmation: The booking is only final once the Booking Contract has been signed and the deposit received.

• Check-in and check-out:
  No fixed check-in and check-out days of the week. Flexibility in arrival and departure days (subject to availability).
  • Check-in from 15:00. A surcharge of €20.00 will be charged for check-in after 21:00 (flights arriving at 19:00 or later)
  • Check-out before 10:00am.

• Luggage storage: available on request

• Cancellation: If cancelled by the tenant up to 4 weeks before arrival, 50% of the rent is due, if cancelled less than 2 weeks before arrival, 100% of the rent is due. If the landlord cancels the booking, the full amount will be refunded to the tenant.

• Cleaning: Final cleaning (compulsory) of €75 is not included in the rental price. When staying with dogs, the final cleaning is €100. An intermediate cleaning during your stay is €50 per cleaning and is optional.

• Deposit: A refundable deposit of €150 is required, payable in cash on arrival and refunded via bank transfer.

• Rates: Rates include WiFi and all utilities* (*except between 1 November and 1 April).

• Payments: The accepted payment method is by bank transfer

• Winter rental: In the winter period from 1 November to 1 April, longer rental periods with special rates are available, starting from €900 per month excluding utilities.

• Adults (18+): Designed for a peaceful and relaxing experience, the flats are only available to guests aged 18 or over. This restriction applies expressly to the comfort and specific facilities of the accommodation, and is not intended to discriminate against any group. Children and young people under 18 years old unfortunately cannot stay in this flat.

• Number of guests: Only guests listed on the booking form may stay in the flat.

• Smoking: Smoking is not allowed in the apartments.

• Pets: Pets are allowed by arrangement.

• Guest behaviour: Guests should treat the property with respect and maintain a reasonable standard of housekeeping hygiene.

• Damage: Serious damage must be reported immediately.

• Non-compliance with rules: Non-compliance may result in financial liabilities, which will be deducted from the security deposit.

• Airport transfers: Airport transfers can be arranged for €75 for up to 3 guests. The price includes round trip transfers and must be paid in cash on arrival.

• Extra amenities: Additional amenities can be provided and paid for upon check-in:

  • Welcome pack with food and drinks (€25)

• Responsibility and Insurance:
  • The tenant is responsible for the flat and its contents during the stay. Any damage must be reported immediately.
  • The tenant is advised to take out travel and/or cancellation insurance in case of unforeseen circumstances.

• Complaints: If there are any complaints about the flat or stay, the tenant should report this to the landlord as soon as possible so that a solution can be found.

These conditions are intended to make the stay as pleasant and clear as possible.
